Jersey City is home to a bustling arts community demonstrated by the countless murals that can be found everywhere you look. Works from established and emerging local, national and international mural artists have become a hallmark of the City’s beautification program and is transforming Jersey City into an outdoor art gallery.

Toll Brothers City Living has embraced and supported this movement with the commissioning of local artist Emilio Florentine for the creation of murals and lobby art at 151 Bay Street aptly named “Timeless”. Florentine's artistic process involves carefully exploring the delicate balance of his subjects, particularly flowers, by subjecting them to unique perspectives before immortalizing them with his paintings.
